I consulted with The Boat Doctor and he designed and produced his own concept for a carbon sprit uniquely designed for both function and beauty.

Over the past several years, The Boat Doctor has done significant work on my J/111, Warlock.

Following a chance encounter on the quay, I learned more about how to set up a racing boat from The Boat Doctor during the 5 days of the 2021 Rolex Fastnet race than I did over the previous 30 years.

His lifelong passion for sailing and global exploration help define his unique engineering perspective.

My husband and I used The Boat Doctor to refinish the teak on our cruising sailboat.  

…everything he does is with passion with a very keen eye on what not only functions well but looks proper.

He is a specialist in all areas, sails, rigging, hardware, electronics, etc, etc, a "one stop shop”.

I’ve shared my thoughts/needs with The Boat Doctor, he conceived a solution, designed and manufactured it’s components and installed a finished set of light-weight, removable leeboards that allow the crew to rest comfortably and safely in their bunks regardless of sea conditions.

I've been blown away by the caliber of work done by The Boat Doctor.

The Boat Doctor has done extensive line splicing, line upgrades, and reconfiguring of lines/blocks to reduce friction and improve sail handling. Strongly recommend their services! Very rounded, with a unique skillset.
